Challenge Day 4: What I Ate (Yesterday)

I"m pretty sure that no one cares what I ate yesterday but to be true to the "outline" I suppose I'll list yesterday's intake here. Fortunately for me, there's nothing too embarrassing to record in terms of what I consumed :)

Breakfast:
Coffee with sugar and Almond Joy creamer
Granola Bar
water

Lunch:
Reduced Fat crackers with Sharp White Cheddar Cheese and a Dr. Thunder (yep, you read that right! Tastes the same as Dr. Pepper and cheaper!)

Dinner:
Two bean burritos and more Dr. Thunder.
Water

Bedtime snack:
Two pieces of Christmas chocolate.
water

Well, that was exciting.
